Returns and refunds

Odessa Academy sells digital products that are delivered electronically, including downloadable guides, toolkits, templates, prompt packs and digital access products. Because these are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or accessed.

By completing your purchase you agree to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that this waives your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

We still want you to be happy with what you buy. If a file is faulty, corrupted or materially not as described, email us at hello@learnwithodessa.com within 14 days of purchase and we will put it right or provide a refund where appropriate. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

For lifetime-access or subscription products, access is granted at the point of purchase and is non-refundable once activated, except where the product is faulty or cannot be accessed.
